Why do you ask ?
I have seen a few... mostly they have to do with items that give a bonus to the other(+100%) while reducing the other(-50%.)

I don't recall any in the vanilla BG series. IWD had the Breath of Auril dagger.
Tactics's Kuroisan's katana lowers acid resistance on hit, if you want to check the effect.

I am just curious.
I played the game a long time ago (years and year) and in my mind, I thought I remembered some item (a ring?) which would boost one elemental resistance and lower the opposite.
But I might be confusing things...
What item were you talking about, The Imp?
