Hi guys I am having issues after the Irenicus coming out into Waukeen's Prominade. Irenicus get's teleported away with Imoen. Drizzit and Wulfgar say they lost experience. And Jaheira and Yoshimo talk about killing Irenicus. After that Day to Night shift and the game crashes. I tried several times, at different times during the day. I also used Disable Movies=1 to my ini file.

Here is my log, can anyone help me please? Thank you.

This is a bit unclear... have you tried to leave the prominade before the first night ? ... it sounds to be a lot alike on some thread I read recently, where the night time summons the vampires or whatever and the encounter crashes the game. But the suspect was that the G3 BG2Fixpack conflicted with the SoA version of the game, as the ToB was not installed.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

Is this your first attempt to rest, meaning you started a new BG2 game? Or did you play through BG1 and no resting problems?

No I meant that it was playing the movie when the sun goes down in athkatla..immediatly the game crashes. I turned off movies as I said above, but the game still crashes. I guess maybe it is some scripted event that glitches me out from my mods. :(

I am not resting, I am moving away from the ruble after I leave chateau irenicus. I had rested in a BG1 part of BGT game and I had no problems.

Not likely, unless you can give more info(hopefully that thread is still uptodate  ), to do that, you can possibly open up the baldur.err file, or tobex.log especially if you have the error logging enabled with this advice:

Troubleshooting
---------------

...
For more debugging information:
1. Open TobEx_ini/TobExCore.ini in a simple text editor.
2. Under the [Debug] section, set all values of 0 to 1.
3. Try to reproduce your error in-game. TobEx may sometimes reports some extra information about the error.
4. Report any errors you find on the Spellhold Studios forums. Expect to be asked to attach a .zip of your saved game folder, WeiDU.log, TobEx.log, TobExCore.ini, and TobExTweak.ini.

I crossed over and removed the unnecessary info as the likely thing is that the ToBEx is not the problem but something else.

That would get interesting, Jarno, since he would then be the third player reporting to have a problem with BG2Fixpack in two weeks... essentially trashing the "it's your fault only" argument.

Assuming you are not running the enchanced edition of baldur gate 2, I'm pretty sure the culprit is the TeamBG's Armors pack for bg2 (Which isn't even labled entirely properly in the weidu log. You'll find it if you search for BG2EEAR, but its description still lists it as being the BG1 version for some reason), which seems to have caused crashes for a number of people in Waukeen's Promenade, due to trying to spawn a creature CMTB2EES1.cre that has too long of a file name.

That mod spawns the creature in by adding the following block

 IF
Global("CMTAddKurtz","AR0700",0)
THEN
RESPONSE #100
CreateCreature("cmtb2ees1",[1718.1736],6)
SetGlobal("CMTAddKurtz","AR0700",1)
END
to the AR0700.bcs script, so in theory if you removed that block from the script, the crash should be fixed.
