The game you are trying to install RR on is missing at least one standard symbol (PROFICIENCYLONGBOW), and is possibly also corrupted in other ways. This is presumably the result of one or more of the other mods you have installed, so I have to ask you to get change-logs of the following two files: stats.ids and c6arkan.cre. Suggestions for how to get change-logs can be found here.
You should also have a look at RR's compatibility guide. Notably, installing the BG2 Tweak Pack before RR is not supported.

It is definitely corrupted in other ways, at this point the game exits immediately upon start-up. I was following the install order posted here: http://forum.baldurs...atible-mod-list
This obviously has some flaws to the order considering RR is listed immediately after BG2 Tweak Pack.
I would like to make those change log files for you, but I'm running ubuntu so I'm going to have to sort out how to actually do it from your link. Thanks again for the quick response.

Thanks again for the quick response. For the record, if you have WeiDU on your path, you open a terminal, cd to your game directory and run something to the effect of
mkdir tmp weidu --change-log some_file --out tmp >> tmp/tmp.log # repeat for all the files you want to change-logAll the pertinent information can be found in the tmp directory, which you just zip and upload.
