Need some help....I cannot findout where to start on this. I got a note with a guys initials on it...GD...I went to the Seven Vales and talked to Patricia...she pointed me to the Cowled Wizards...been all over the gov district....cant find anyone to discuss this? I did talk to Corneil and asked him if he knew anyone with the GD initials and he said no...now wont talk about it...Help please

Someone else in the Government building (or just outside of it) should approach you after you've spoken to Corneil. Do you see anyone named Phedra anywhere nearby?

First of all, thank you. I usually play with good characters and having a new paladin is very nice!, im pretty happy about it.
Now, I have a problem with the same quest. I did everything until Patricia told me to go and ask a Cowled Wizard. I went to talk with Corneil, but he didn't let me choose a different options as always.
