Answer: It won't conflict. But you can use the same mod that you biffed the files already. And you can't uninstall the END BIF.
The question is, is it worth it... cause you can set the
NI to organize the override folders content to the regular files and you won't see the difference for files that have been biffed and ones that have not.
How much files are there in the Override folder, and what's it's size ?
