TOB Lovetalk Conditions.

Hey, hi, um, could someone just give me the conditions you have to meet for the lovetalks to trigger in TOB? After the nightmare talk Eddie's been oddly silent. I tried sleeping in different areas and doing side quests, but I can't seem to trigger anything else. I even finished the game without hearing anything else out of him. But if you stay mortal, Charname can reference Edwin proposing to her, and I DEFINITELY didn't see that, so I have to be missing something.

You can track your progress through the romance by the value of the local variable ExpLoveTalk. [1] The nightmare occurs at ExpLoveTalk 4. The next talk occurs after you have completed the pocket-plane challenge involving your in-Sarevok's-shoes counterpart (the second challenge), but no sooner than 1800 real seconds after the nightmare talk. ExpLoveTalk will be 4 until the timer has expired, 5 after that and 6 after the next talk.

 

1. You can retrive the value of the variable by hovering the mouse cursor over Edwin and using the cosole command CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("ExpLoveTalk","LOCALS").
