Hello there,

my question is about something subtle that I haven't really noticed until now (after more than 2 years of playing, lol).

 

As you know, most of the innate abilities, Barbarian Rage for example, have a one day cooldown.

 

However, this is not the case in my game, since when I rest for 8 hours, I for some reason can use the skill again.

 

Is this a bug, that comes from one of the many mods I installed, or just an engine limitation?

The description that the skills use is per day is off, as resting is indeed the fact that refreshes them. But that's a kit description problem, not in the skills themselves as they don't actually feature a description at all.
