I've done this several times, but I can't remember how now. I need to filter a spell's effects to reflect the alignment of the caster and the alignment of the target. If the caster's alignment is good, and the target's evil, the rest of the spell effects (below on the list) should not apply. I know this involves Use EFF, but what is the targets chain?
