When a spell has a casting sound, and they all do, it's played for every target of the spell. Multiple targets is an underutilized mechanic, if it's used in the games at all. If the spell has 5 targets, the sound plays very quickly and overlaps 5 times. For the sake of excellence, does anybody know a trick to squash the sound after the first casting? This sound, by the way, is silenced if a Remove Effects is applied and it is still playing.
Casting sound suppression?
