De'Arnise Hold - nothing to do?

After letting Nalia wait a few days after meeting her and doing some other quests, I finally caught up to her at the pallisade south of De'Arnise Hold, strangely meeting no enemy at all outside. She tells me about the secret entrance, and about talking to Daleson next. When I enter, there is no Daleson, only a few maids and the major domo. I can access all rooms and floors, no need for keys, go down to where Torgal should usually be, but everything is empty. No traps, no locks, no loot.

 

Could this be an issue with my install containing SoBH for BG1, which uses more or less the same map? Is there any way to reset the triggers?

 

Or am I totally missing something else which is critical for this quest to start?

Bone Hill or any other mod using a graphic that looks like DeArnise Hold has nothing to do with it. Those are different areas with different scripts etc, It is just the same graphic file that is used.

 

What it rather sounds like is a mix of the deArnise before and after the quest, Check the area code CTRL+X and see what it says.

AR1300 is the keep outside where you meet Nalia when it is under siege, ar1304 is the same area after you won the battle.

You can also check it when going near the drawbridge, there will be either slaughtered soldiers or gravestones in the before or after.

If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time just try CluaConsole:MoveToArea("ar1300")

Dang... I almost got it myself, but you beat me to it with the solution :D

I also wondered about the grave stones in front of the - already open - bridge, and checking the map in NearInfinity I saw that AR1300 was the wrong one.

Using MoveToArea works perfectly, finally I can slay some trolls 8)

 

think I have another idea what could have caused the problem. I went to De'Arnise Hold once before during CtB's Ryberg quest. After learning the spell Speak to the Dead I told him to meet me there. Maybe this messed some things up.
