[The Elder Brain]

Hi all I am playing a light megamoded EE trilogy game and had run into some issues, so I attempted to fix them using ee keeper since I am not familiar enough with other editing tools. I noticed when I attempted to save I lost the new items and spells I had found that come with the new mods. Is there a way to get them back or edit it in a way where I don't loose them when I do ?
