Trying out v18, and it seems to have choked at "~SETUP-LOLFIXER.TP2~ #0 #15 // Store Stuff - MAJESTIC Store Fixer: 19022016":

FYI - Plenty of HD space available.


 

I was attempting to complete a new megamod installation with BWP 18.2.5 in time for Christmas, and I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Taking a closer look at ANIMATE.IDS (as it's the first file processed by trim_IDS.bat), I can see line 614 is invalid, as it only contains '126':

 

612 0xEF10 IC_WATER_WIERD126
613 0xEF91 DONOT_USE2
614 126
615 0x0000 FIRE_RING

616 0x0001 FIRE_RING_BRIGHT

 

So I'm positive the trim_IDS.bat fails because of that. Here's my weidu.log:

I'm aware that 18.2.5 isn't the newest version, however I think it's reasonable to assume that the same latent bugs may be still present in the latest release, especially if they are experienced by only few players and are reproducible.

The issue is caused by BP v1.81 4611: I've performed a minimal installation with BP itself and the required base mods, and I can confirm the problem goes away if BP is not installed.

Edit: it seems one of the BP components causes a blank line that only contains tabs to be added to anisnd.ids. Removing that line before Trim_IDS.bat is called by close2.bat allows the trimming procedure to finish successfully.
