Cut the crap, pal. You couldn't dream of being helpful if your life depended on it.

It took me two days of coaxing for you to finally say what the exact problem is (which, by the way, you phrased as "disable encryption" and nothing more, without any hint of how to do so (which by itself came after four messages of insults toward my computer of choice. Hilarious.)). Your reasoning as to why should I go out of my house and find an old computer to repackage my mod? "From my experience, I can tell that all that is encrypted will cause problems sooner or later". Which would be fine!

If there was any support to your claims except your computer.

And if you had, maybe, elaborated what the problems could be.

And if you had even tried to be actually helpful, and not reenacting Monty Python's dead parrot sketch, except with a computer.

Dunno, there's a lot of things you could've handed better, starting with not needlessly antagoniznig me on every possible step of our conversations. But for now, my verdict is:

The "disable encryption when creating zip" means "disable encryption when creating zip

Oh yeah, just let me somehow divine the location where I can change the settings for the system archiver

And despite that you constantly trying to denied, I've "elaborated what the problem is" and my claims was for every computer which has XP.

You did not, even once, provide any valid example of the problem that could give even a shadow of proof that your error is reproducible. And somehow you keep saying it is despite massive evidence to the contrary! It's as if we were talking about vaccines here.

When you out of the arguments and drowning, rise "legal' and "language" issue

have you read the first sentence of your fucking post

Really, Alien, must it come to this? Just put a big flashy label "highly dangerous" on the mod within BWS or pull it off BWS at all, and let players decide whether they want to have BWS or ARP on their BG. Case closed, no? :)

Just put a big flashy label "highly dangerous" on the mod within BWS or pull it off BWS at all, and let players decide whether they want to have BWS or ARP on their BG.
But it's not even dangerous... it might have been not installable with a version of windows some time ago for whatever reason, but as the evidence above says, it is installable now.
Now let's just enjoy that fact. 'K.
This whole thing is about the lack or a missed chance of a proper communication.

@Alien:
Thus, she made impossible to extract this mod on Windows XP:
 [url=http://prntscr.com/6qab1s]http://prntscr.com/6qab1s  [/url]

The above is not the correct way to link to a picture. It's in fact a wrong way to link to anything, as it has hints an evil intent. The intent can be to link to a strange site that has viruses inbeded to the source code, which is why one should never ever trust anyone that does so.
What is, is to go to that site and copy the direct "Copy Image Location" that you get from right clicking the picture and then putting it into the img tag*, so the above looks like this instead in code:
 [img=http://oi57.tinypic.com/jsomwx.jpg]
And like this in a picture format:
jsomwx.jpg
Another thing about the picture that in it, the user uses the Windows own Extraction Wizard, not a WinRAR or 7zip programs, the special programs are there for a special purpose, and that is that they do things differently. Now Extraction Wizard can only handle the .zip files and that's it's own fault, not Almateria's, so my bet it that she didn't know this. Yes, you could have just asked her to also provide the archives as .zip's and this whole mess could have been avoided. You might have done so eventually, but you were understood incorrectly and that's partially your fault too.
*And as the SHSforums doesn't allow .png's, you have to attach the picture as a .jpg file, which I have done to a different site.

@Almateria: Now, I understand that Alien is not the most word proficient of us all, nor am I, but mostly his intent is not to insult or provoke hostility... and you just have to understand it from reading the words. And asking questions could probably have helped here... but what's done is done.
Peace, out.

Ehhm

Can I ask what this means: "There are eight new default/multiplayer dialogues." It's quoted from B. Restores Characters and dialogues.

Uh while I'm at it. Does this mod go first (almost) on the instalation list?

Cheers

Well, read the multi.tra file in the language file of your choice, English:

Spoiler
So essentially it's the removing and re-include a multiplayer made party members to the player party.

This particular component is not compatible with the Solafein mod cause it's a mod that alters the same file, but you should be able to install it at the very end of your install order, as long as you don't have Solafein installed.

As for the rest, they are very similar. So they have a few conditions, but the compatibility is quite high. And the installer tells if you have a component that's incompatible, at least to the best of it's ability(bug reports and all that).

 The problem seems to be difficulty in finding the block matching wildernesss_old.baf, because D0 Quest Pack expands the relevant block in these 3 bcs files, and Quest Pack is recommended to be installed earlier than your mod by the BWP/BWS folks. I'm not sure what the weidu code is exactly but seems like another approach to appending the file may be necessary.

To be exact, the block that is originally (in vanilla bg2):

IF
    OnCreation()
THEN
    RESPONSE #100
        CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
END

with Quest Pack becomes:

IF
	OnCreation()
THEN
	RESPONSE #100
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
	RESPONSE #200
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[488.558],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
	RESPONSE #300
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
	RESPONSE #500
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND01",[500.454],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[427.548],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
		CreateCreature("REBAND04",[525.591],10)
END

(which for some reason along with all the other changes Quest Pack makes to this bcs is duplicated, but I'm told that's harmless). Your mod seems to have difficulty recognizing the changed block above and thus the ogre isn't installed.

And further, SCS's Random Encounters component (which if installed is recommended to go after Almateria) subsequently replaces that block entirely with something like:

IF
    OnCreation()
    !GlobalGT("DMWWRandomBoring","GLOBAL",0)
THEN
    RESPONSE #100
        IncrementGlobal("DMWWRandomBoring","GLOBAL",1)
        CreateCreature("REBAND01",[488.558],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND02",[500.454],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND03",[552.476],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND04",[427.548],10)
        CreateCreature("REBAND05",[525.591],10)
END

 along with a bunch of other new random encounters, which I'm not sure interferes with the appearance of the lone ogre.

honestly i can't keep up with what the bws people are recommending, for example a few months ago ARP was the fifth mod to be installed. Also I've written in the readme to install the quest pack after arp so you know

Yeah, that's one reason I was holding back downloading any mods with BWS to see if there was going to be any bug reports. I was not sure when your project was going to be fully finished unless there is still things you finding in the game. I think once you found most of what you're looking for then it should start to play nice with the rest of the mods once the changes, and alternate routines are made for the BWS in mind. I think my biggest worry is if ARP can play nice with the quest mods, and pray it does not break anything. I don't think BG1 areas will be affected so that's in the clear I would think.

Speaking of BG1, are you going to do that one too once your done with the restoration of BG2? I think people are still finding things in BG1.

It's really not as bad as you make it out to be, I can think of like... one conflict? That only happens if you install ARP after two things, and then doesn't even stop the install.

Speaking of BG1, are you going to do that one too once your done with the restoration of BG2? I think people are still finding things in BG1.

Nah, the fact that people are finding things for BG1 is actually the reason as to why I'm not doing ARP4BG1. For BG2, the UB mod was long dead when I started modding, so there was no-one that 'd pick up the steam; and the BG1UB crew is progressing nicely.
