Maybe the program still thinks that you haven't confirmed your directory?

This happens if the uninstall shield can't find the necesary .dll file. From my computer, right click the CD rom, click expolore and in that new window startup the setup.exe from there.

Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.
