Hello,

 

The Fishing for Trouble has been updated. It's minor release mainly to include Russian translation, traify mod files and some code improvements. I would like to thanks AGKanevchev for the updated Russian translation.

Hi ALIEN, thanks for your work on this. One question: why is the new version two times the size of the last one from Yovaneth (v3.0 with hotfix 1)?

Fishing for Trouble v3.2.7

- fixed typo for Russian translation copyright line

- updated copyright of Russian translation

- traify lib/patches.tpa messages

I found a bug in 3.2.6, but can confirm that the bug still exists in 3.2.7 too. In YSLEVON.d, on line 245, there's an extra comma after ysassassincave.

 

In Basimah's dialogue, state 12, she says just "CHARNAME" instead of "<CHARNAME>".

 

Also Gadil's dialogue tree seems entirely broken. Every state is entirely separate and all use the same trigger. I don't think this is how Gadil's dialogue looked last time I played this; he gave me some sort of quest to get the cup, and now I can't get it at all (though I have the cup and he still asks me if I want it).

The 'extra comma' and 'CHARNAME' bugs are fixed. Fixing Gadil's dialogue will require helping hand.

Hi, we recently tried to install the mod in Russian on EE and found out that something is wrong with encoding. The issue is that the mod uses files "russian.tra" and "english.tra" for all the texts, but these files are not reloaded after encoding (tp2 file says that "setup.tra" file should be reloaded (reload_array), but there is no "setup.tra" file). As a result, everything works for oBG2 (both languages since there is no encoding) and BG2EE in English (since there is not need to reload after encoding), but doesn't work for BG2EE in Russian. I sent pull request with the fix (basically renaming english.tra and russian. tra file into setup.tra files): https://github.com/I...Trouble/pull/22 . I didn't test with oBG2, but I believe everything should keep working, since there is no encoding for oBG2.
