Well, I've already finished every quest in the city of Amn that is possible to do at this time, and I've only had 5 of the GTKU talks. Is there anyway to speed those up with the CLUAConsole line, sort of like forcing a love talk with the normal romances?

It's really not a good idea to do that because one of the GTKUs is on a seperate timer... it got a little messy in testing whenever I sped the romance up too much. The easiest, safest, way to speed the romance up is to get to chapter 3 by paying Gaelan or Bodhi the money. The timers are shortened quite a bit for chapter 3 because you have to have all 15 GTKU dialogues and 3 lovetalks and for experienced players, they can zip the whole game in as much time as it took beginners to get enough money to even pay the 15k... heh.
