As long as you install them after the official ToB patch, it shouldn't matter.

Are you installing any of them while the game is running? What about Infinity Explorer or ShadowKeeper? You're not installing the official patches *last*, are you? All of these will mess up your dialog.

To answer your questions no.

In the end I reinstailed the entire game instead of backing up only the files that mods alter. I managed to get all of the mods working with the execption of Kelsey. So I went to a back of the the various data files so for now I have oversight, unfinished B. The flirt packs and the banter packs. but if I try to instail kelsey it doesn't quite work right some text is missing his voice acting is no where to be found but Kelsey is something to bring to the people who worked on the project.

Sometime ago I did have the flirt packs, kelsey, and the oversight mod working with the only problem of most of kelseys voice acting being missing.
However I ran into a bug when ever I encountered a member of the five the game would crash with an error. I only managed to beat the first one by kicking everyone out of the party and cheat killing her. However the problem came up again with Yaga and kicking everyone out didn't work.

Sigh the hard part about these problems is while my virtual PC can instail these mods it usually can't uninstail them (and the fact I use a virtual PC to instail them could be a problem on its own) So I have to back up the files that mods effect which is alot faster then reinstailing.

There is WeiDU-for-Mac about somewhere, so that you shouln't need to use VPC to install mods... likely at this site.
