So... I'm trying to help Pris to win her little cat-fight... but it turns out that I can't haste or bless or anything to her... only healing and personal spells...

So ok... this isn't quite that critical when just having fun, but what about your friends at spellhold, or your Bodhi fighting buddies?

The cat fight?

It's completely random who wins, if you don't like the Harpy to win, just reload, and hope it's Priss that wins.

Same goes for the Carbos and Shank Duel in the bridge district. (though I think the game favors Carbos)

As for the allies in Spellhold and the Lair, I can see why you want to get some help to them, but I think the game assumes that the PC thinks they can hold their own, or is too busy trying not to get killed to go and help the strangers.

And personally, I never had lost an ally in Bodhi' lair when fighting her for the final time.

The spellhold guys automatically die when Irencius leaves so --- spelling them would be a bit pointless.

I've never had any allies die while fighting Bodhi either.

Drizzy doesn't seem to last too well vs. Tactics version of Improved Bodhi.

Lady LeFay - Thank you. While you're at it, I think I need some inhaling and exhaling advice, so that I don't choke to death while typing.

Anyways, there are plenty of places (Improved Bodhi, Ascension with Balthaazar/Bodhi, the thiefs facing the Fallen Paladins) where you would love tto buff one side up to even the odds... but you can't, which is odd, and frustrating. How difficult would it be programm that if you cast a mass buffing spell DIRECTLY on a blue character, it effects him and all his allies as well as the party?

Odd thing apparentely you CAN buff certain blue guys - the guards at trademeet and suchlike - the ones that would attack red circled creatures... just not the ones you would like to buff...

Odd. Maybe it's simply a matter of adding "Blue but friendly" to the creature file?
