Hello all, its been a little while since I modded (due to uni) so I took a break yesterday and decided to help a good friend of mine. This is where my inclination towards graphical werk has struck me again. Now, I managed to sort out most thing but two things are still baffling me.
1) The pxxx.dlg file isn't utililized when he's been kicked out. I've always been somewhat unsure on the appending I've used on the 2da but I can't be sure. Now, note that this is a SoA mod only this far and that no dialog files xxx25 bxx25 and so on have been made yet.
This is what I have:-

All file names check up and the correct appends appear using NI. Naming conventions have been followed and
2) Some banters are triggering when only one protagonist is there. This is my own fault where Horace is refusing to play. A banter which has him needed but started by someone else triggers even in his absence. Now, for methodological reasons, it is considered best to:-
a) graft a chain to the NPc who starts the conversation or
B) have the chain on my NPC but simply switch who starts it. This is what I've been doing thus far.

how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?
Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

For 1) Check the .cre file and make sure the flags are set to none (rather than export allowed or somesuch)

That's already been taklen care off. He can't export at all.

2. It doesn't really matter who's file you put it in, just make sure the conditions are correct (eg See("Horace") is in there too).

Check the spelling of your Death Variable is correct?
