I'm willing to almost guarantee you that trying to give her wings using a looping animation would look absolute pants. Animations need to line up and stuff in ways that they... wouldn't.

As I mentioned elsewhere and as Zandilar posted, in game your character really should be able to fully restore Aerie. A wish spell or a regenerate spell could do it, or a quest. The animations exist to give her wings with a looping animation using an unremoveable item in the cloak slot, or it could be done with a special ability. Even aying she is not imediately able to resume flying is no problem; her flight muscles may have atrophied, and she needs time to re-learn how to use them.

I realize a wish or a regeneration spell would do the trick. In PnP AD&D that's the option I'd go with. I'm trying to find a compromise that works and looks decent within the limits of the game engine. If someone would hurry up and invent holodecks this wouldn't be a problem. Is there no way to ,ehm ..."manually" paint wings on her avatar? I suppose, this would mean drowing them on every stage of every animation she has got in the game but for someone who (like me) knows nothing about programming, this seems the most straightforward way. (and the best looking if done properly).

They way I see it:

1. If you go for goodhood you can give her her wings back.

2. If you don't go for goodhood, you *could* ask thaDeva to give her her wings back

3. You cen gat some mighty item or spell and get her her wings back

Anyway - there are several plausible ways to give her her wings back.
Drop that mercy killing, turning into birs stuff..

B.t.w. - Yeah..her romance needs work..to much whine...

I'm for anything to make Aerie a more viable adventurer.

Yea -- asking Quayle to take care of the baby is the best solution.

I honestly like the ideal of godhood giving wings.

Or to get the Romance going like how the Aerie/Haer'Dalis went (before it went belly-up). I mean Haer'Dalis was making Aerie more assertive and self-confident.
