Int: effecting speech in newer TCs

wouldnt they talk more like they had downs

not neccessarily, maybe the options could be limited, but the dumbest people in the world could talk incredibly smoothly and people can have the smartest ideas in the world but others could think extremly intelligently but have trouble getting it out, so i don't think it should affect how they speak.

yeah but 1-2 is considered a basic animal intellegents
now I could see smooth dialog with 6-8 int. but 3-5 would make them talk like forest gump or something...
Crayons are the most chaotic bananas there never will be....

I agree with that. Besides I think that in almost every game where you have INT lower than "normal" You speak like a...well...wacko to say the least <_<
And it always bugs me when a half-orc barbarian (usually INT <5) and an elven mage (usually INT >16) talk on the same level :blink:
