HK-47 definitely. It was so much fun trying to fix his memory when my character had 0 skill in repair...

I would click HK-47, but then I would neglect, Jolee... can't do that.
HK-47's meatbag references were hilarious! But so were Jolee's "I'm old I'm entitled to..." rants.
Not to forget the brat with the golden heart. "Oh, Z... I need you to rip off the arms of some insects!"

I'll have to say HK-47, his comments are just hilarious and I was intrigued trying to find out more about his past.
The second place goes to Bastila though, I just like her and she has very good voice acting IMO (I have a deep love for Mazzy as well
). The character I enjoyed the least is probably Carth, I thought he'd never stop his whining. 
Although I got my revenge.

I liked all the charaters but Hk-47 wins the vote for me. So sarcastic, and makes me look like a decent person in comparison. And Carth was good very useful, I hardly used the Jedi Charaters apart from to do their quests
