Hi, Bri!

I liked your depiction of classic Edwin here. I wasn't sure at first if it was some female who had managed to separate him from his 'red robes', or he was in the throes of being 'Edwina'. Nice touch to keep us guessing there in the beginning. ;)

Good story and, as usual, very well written. :D

Edwina in a group of males. Now if that doesn't provide for some banter... ;)

And how exactly did Boo manage to save him/her?

Heh, Cliffette (who got a sneak peak and pointed out some flaws) also said that begged to be answered.

When I get some more time the question will be answered. At the moment, it's hard for me to get anything done trying to take care of things while dad is getting better and with school work getting worse.

And for the curious, the mistake Cliffette saw was with the piercing on the eyebrow. Initially, I forgot to include "brow" meaning his/her eye was pierced...ouch.

Heh, I shall try to finish another piece, but there is not guarantee when it will get done for reasons mentioned above. As well as I would like to do some more work on my Harvest story (change the ending so it isn't so cheesy), and return to a few other things...when time permits.

Well, I was trying for something a little different. But, yes, I did initially plan to have the identity somewhat up in the air, but it wouldn't take much to figure out who it was.

Poor, poor Edwin/Edwina. I almost feel sorry for him ;-)

Well, I will see what I can do Vigahrolf. At least be glad that I don't intend to show Edwina on a fashion runway...

Bri,

Thank you for giving me a good laugh!! Wonderfully written and I particularly liked the way you depicted Haer'dalis 'getting fresh' with Edwina. :D

Heh, thanks KIrving.

I admit, I was always enamored of how the quest would have resolved if Degarden was slain before he could change Edwina.

A wickedly bright and funny piece, Bri! :D :D But, please.... Tell us that Boo is not a casualty of his own 'good deed'. *sniff* *sniff* :(

Are you planning more for us? :D

Yes, I do intend to do more, time permitting, but I can't give any indication when. I am about 2/3 of the way through of the core lovetalks for Delainy. (19 done out of a planned 30...might be a little more less). Of course, there will be some other additions a bit later...such as a lovetalk per PC class, etc...but that all takes time, and I need to see it through. I don't want the writing to have taken a year to do ;-) As it is, this is month 9.

The next update will show why the title is A Day's Hard Knight. And for those who know of my own...emotions...about Anomen, I guarantee that the poor cleric/fighter won't even be in this story, sparing him from any harm.

And I apologize if I didn't make that clear, but the last section with Boo was a remembrance of Edwin's on how Boo saved him...and remember that comment in the first part about resurrecting the hamster for 10,000 GP. Having a statue fall on a rodent doesn't leave a lot afterward...

Dark, funny, silly, surprisingly creepy if you think too much about it. Well done.

EDIT: Argh, I got the title wrong. Domo sumimassen.

Sometimes it doesn't pay to think of such things too much ;-) Thanks BobTokyo.

Thanks KIrving, although I had given someone close a promise that no Anomen's would be harmed in the course of this writing.
