The Andy Griffith Mod, where all of the NPCs are substituted by the cast of the show and where you're not allowed to use violence to solve your irksome but ultimately non-threatening "real life" problems. (Like Aerie/Opie accidentally killing a baby rabbit)

Realistic Chateau Irenicus Mod

Exactly the same as the original game, except that you won't be able to escape at the beginning of the game. :P

4.) All enemy mages use ForceSpell() instead of Spell() for all spells.

Even better, all enemy mages use ReallyForceSpell() for everything and have no casting timer ;) .

ForceSpell() is enough for me to not download the mod. ReallyForceSpell() is... blasphemy.

Baldur's Gate - The Movie

An AI scripted self-playing game - the game would be just one endless cutscene. :P

Regarding the previous post, I'm very suprised there hasn't been any Machinima made using the Infinity Engine (well, unless you count Cloakwood Squares)...

Bhaal's Revival - After u kill Melisan, u bid Sarevok, who has done previous research as he claims, to carry out the ritual to return all Bhaalspawn essence to the bucketkicked god. Upon its resurrection, it insults ur intelligence then murders ur bunch. U even get to see the old blood-forms-skull movie with a very big nasty grin.

Since you bring him up, Feanor, a mod where *he* begins pestering you like Neeber & Noober.
Oh wait... I've *done* it! Shame on me! Shame on me!

1.) An improved Demilich mod.
2.) An improved version of the Ascension's last battle.
3.) A mod that encourages the AI to cheat and the players to use cheese tactics.
4.) All enemy mages use ForceSpell() instead of Spell() for all spells.

-Galactygon

1. Just fix the scrolls of Protection from Undead to not work versus liches, and that'd be improvement enough.
2. IMO, that last battle shouldn't have been made, but alas. If Melissan wants to impress me with her power, let her fight me solo. She's the one that needs improving, not the cheesy hordes of previously killed monsters.
3. This already exists to some extent in stock BG2. (see 4)
4. This is already quite common in mage and priest scripts in stock BG2, with ReallyForceSpell(), ApplySpell(), and SpellNoDec() being added to the mix. Granted, some of this usage is to simulate contingencies and triggers in script, but then you also have some illegal contingencies and triggers; priests aren't supposed to get contingencies, but the scripts allow it. Seems that only the magi and priests that were copied from BG1 have any spells memorized. Most just cast them from thin air.

I'll list a few mod ideas and leave it up to you to decide if they should or should not be done.

Jan having a job (routine visits) as a standup comic at the Playhouse.
The Naked Korgan/Jan mod.
The Accessible and Friendly Council of Six mod.
The Humble Nobles mod.
The Delcia Romance mod.
The Shadow Thief Redemption mod, where they all decide thieving is bad and go out to make honest livings.
The Bodhi Romance mod.
The Jon Irenicus Romance mod.
The Resurrect Khalid mod, complete with a tryst between Khalid, Jaheira and Charname (male or female).
The Clone Dynaheir mod, where you use Jon's machinery to clone Dynaheir from a few skin cells on an article of clothing (!) Minsc had hidden somewhere (!!).
The Adalon romance mod.
The Kangaxx Powersharing mod.
The Non-Combat mod, where all differences are handled verbally and there's always a friendly solution.
The Ultima Dialog mod, where no negative responses are allowed.

Have a good weekend.

Just try Planescape:Torment for this kind of gameplay... ;)

1) The mod written entirely in Klingoneese

2) The Barbie TC

3) The NPC from modern day earth (sorry, but it would just be far too cheesy)

4) The mind-flayer paladin NPC

Yes I know, but it would be funnier in BG2, where Baal's children are supposed to be killing each other.
