This mod is pretty cool, and you will definately need it if you want to play as a vampire:

its pretty much a well-balanced vampire mod which means that you can actually continue the game as a vampire (people will talk to you as a vampire, you just have to make them like you) It also has a number of cool features.

°_° that dosnt work for me as dunmer have a particular hatred for the undead(IE they will attack or flee on sight)

well there is probably a way of setting it so dunmer will still react the same way as they do currently in morrowind. Otherwise what about if you charmed them? They wouldnt have much choice then
