can someone tell me what I am supposed to do to memorize spell? I just started playing and I found mirror image scroll , but my wizard can't memorize it. Please help!

Same like all BG or IWD series. right clik on scroll and you should have the option to add it to spell book. If not well maybe you allredy had it or your class is wrong. BTw more inf could prove more understanding of the problem you have.

Grey viper, thank you for the guidelines...my wizard is specialist in necromancy, and I guess it is opposed to evocation and illusion, but I wasn't paying attention...anyway, I just started the game, so I'm thinking to maybe start this character again and choose some another school...do you have any suggestion?

Depends what you want to play. Solo or party? My sugestion is Mage/Sorc sorc having most of the attack spells while mage has the exotic ones. If solo then try mage/monk combo he tends to live longer then plain mage.
