Creakknees in Carceri has been a continuous problem, really thought I had it sorted in the last version. He's actually kinda buggy even without my mods. Sorry that I responded so late, but if you do see this, some info like what your alignment was and what factions you had joined and left would be helpful in figuring out what combination of events is setting that off - he's got a pretty complex set of conditions for his opening dialogue based on those things and a few other variables. I think the big one is, did you ever join and piss off the anarchists in Sigil, did you piss off the printer by talking lawful such that he throws you out, or did you betray the anarchists even if you didn't join (which my fixpack enables), etc. Thanks in advance.

That actually -would- be a result of my fixpack, and nice catch. I basically extend the alignment hits to areas where they were simply never implemented due to production constraints (for example, the entire SE and SW portions of the Hive, you can kill anyone you want with impunity, but the other 3 sections you get an alignment penalty. It's not some cosmic reasoning that the 2 sections are guiltier, it just wasn't finished. So I attempted to do so.

The vast majority of Curst citizens technically do count as innocents (although there are also some evil bastard named ones that will actually give you an LG hit when you kill them). I'm basically going to have to make the toons that kill Kester "named" (not actually going to change whatever they're called, just making them distinct from regular "Curst Citizens" so I can turn the flag off for them.

Sorry for the hugely belated response, but, really really glad you liked it :) I spent a while on it, and was really hoping it would in fact come across as in character and fitting with the rest of the game. So, thanks for making my day :)

Wish I could help, but this is the first I've heard of any such problem. Has anyone else reported anything like this? If not, maybe a corrupt save? :/

You seriously fixed the spell graphic glitches? Massive kudos, man. Yes, I'd love to get that in the fixpack (with full attribution, of course) on my next pass. That's huge.

How does it work? Is it a patch to the regular executable, or to the widescreen mod, or what? Sorry, don't have time to look into it myself at the moment.
