Also I took some cut content 'data mined' up from the non-interactive demo and made some new 'restored' content from it (while taking advantage of the improved Baldur's Gate engine):

Here is a Non-Player Character that I developed from 'Big Jim'. He is a True Neutral Human Berzerker that specializes in dual wielding war hammers.

PS: could anybody share an upload of this Baldur's Gate Chapters 1 and 2 disc?
Not to be a hassle but can you please upload your demo files to mega.nz? It is free and if you need you can make another account if one is full. Also share-online is being a right cunt and noncompetitive and might go tits up due to antiquated business policies (it is frustrating to wait 10 minutes through refreshes and recatcha just to have a invalid ticket).

Half a year later I regained some renewed interest into giving a crack at making this place become a reality; Behold! Work in Progress Number 01 of Baldur's Gate Arms and Armour Emporium!

Currently the curving second storey staircase is not created yet. Nor is second storey nor the day and night chimney nor is the front room polished up and finished. Yet functionally speaking this current prototype map image could work just like this. Everything else is like an 'inverted pyramid' and is extra bonus quality to push the new content over the edge and into greatness! I used Paint.net and Paint to create the area art thus far; anyway so how did I do?

I just completed the head blacksmith's unique voice files and creature file; he is a male Dwarven fighter who likes really big swords named Michael.

 

His dialog is meant to offer the ability to upgrade certain weapons and armour if the player has them in their inventory (akin to Cromwell and Taerom). For instance Long Sword +2 'Varscona' can be upgraded for a draconian price and some necessary components into Long Sword +3 'Varscona' with +2 Cold Damage and 10% chance to slow target for three rounds on hit.

 

I would greatly appreciate any help given towards creating the 'item forge' / 'item upgrade' dialog file.
