I'm very excited for this!

If anybody'd care to point me a in a few different directions/offer some leads, I'd be happy to try to resolve this on my own and report back

I just reinstalled RR and it did nothing to alter the circumstances of the limited bard spells

Ah, I see. The first thing i tried when that happened was making sure the game was closed, but I def had a  couple other WeiDU windows open at that time. Thanks, I'll try that again. Tho my issue with bard spells predates this failed Song/Silence installation. Any advice in that regard?
