I have resolved the problem using:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("BHHandSearch","GLOBAL",2)

then I've spoke with the guard and now work well!!!

Currently playing with version 2.75,
had all quests done,
Fabio even comment on the Glory Hand after i got the note from the Bandit Lord &　ｓｕｇｇｅｓｔ　ｍｅ　ｔｏ　ｔａｌｋ　ｔｏ　Ｐｅｌｔａｒ．
The problem was that when i mentioned the Glory Hand issue,
Peltar just said he knows nothing of of the hand & the dialogue ends.
Then i tried to talk to him again he just said Gelpas won't allow me to leave until i have solve the issue.
Oh yes,by the way,i am still unable to find stolen Black Pearl either in Sirius body nor anywhere in the lighthouse.....

i think it must be the issue of dos being "inactive",
after i manually opened the dos console,then closed it & run the installation again it worked!
before this i not only cannot type a single word,but also can't even paste words on it!

Just another question.
i have met the dog in chateau irenicus,
but accidentally i have it killed by the goblins,
now i am in Atkathla now,
does the dog's death will affect anything in the mod?
(such as further encounters,upgrades...etc)

The actual "Good" way to do it is to use the ritual scroll, persuade Demogorgon to let you out, then tell Odren the truth - that Demogorgon wanted you to lie to the fallen Helmites, but you're not going to do that. The XP rewards are lower but you get +1 rep, everyone survives and the demon remains imprisoned. I usually do this now because, after playing through ToB umpteen times, I can no longer be bothered to fight Demogorgon and his stupid summoned demons (and it's not like you really need the XP as you level so fast anyway).

Max XP way - use the scroll, persuade Demogorgon to let you leave. Don't tell the Helmites that Demogorgon's still alive, leaving them to go into the keep to check. Use the second scroll, then find the teeny tiny crack in the door that lets you back into Demogorgon's lair anyway. Kill him, then leave.

I have tried to use your method to do the quest,but i don't seem to find the access at the sealed door.
Pray tell,is it the doorway outside of watchers keep,or the doorway at 4th floor?
