Newer versions can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/A...e-Maps/releases
This tool allows you to horizontally mirror any given map from Infinity Engine games. It has been coded as a WeiDU mod, so that it can be executed on any platform supported by WeiDU.
The tool considers ARE, WED, INI and TIS files (palette and pvrz-based), as well as height, light and search maps in the conversion process - including night versions. MOS files are copied into the output folder, including PVRZ files referenced by MOS V2 files, but not modified.
The tool attempts to preserve the general tileset (TIS) structure as best as possible, so that any potential post-processing operations can be applied without having to deal with a garbled set of tiles. It will also help to avoid graphical artifacts in Enhanced Edition games which may occur if tiles are rendered onto PVRZ textures in the wrong order.
The tool provides two components. You can either specify a path to a set of map files manually, or use an automated mode which retrieves the paths to one or more map files from a predefined text file.
More information can be found in the tool's readme.
