and the LUSMB.2da has been copied into override
the "SMB" has been added in luabbr.2da

I don't know if this is the source of your problem or not, but AP_SPPR723 in the exclude column should probably be a GA_SPPR723.

Are you sure your character has reached the level threshold in order to gain HLAs?

The source of problem is I did not reach the level threshold

After I set the min_level to 1, I can choose HLA now.

There is a point I do not understand yet, Druid`s 15 level should be 3m exp, but last time I give the CHA 6m exp, it should be enough, why it not work?

But at least I have solve the problem, thank you very much:)
