I know it says you shouldn't install this part of ease of use, but i think it adds alot to the story/gameplay, is it really that big a problem if you install it with bp?

the problem is that Tortured Souls also adds mutliple strongholds, but only for dual and multiclass characters, and the coding that Weimer uses in Ease-of-Use isn't necessarily compatible with Vlad's coding in TS.

as a general rule, i tend to edit the files that Ease-of-Use changes manually: i've never had problems in making the fighter, mage, thief or bard strongholds available; i've had some issues with the ranger stronghold; and i've had big issues with the paladin and the cleric strongholds (installing it *can* make the Beholder quest and the Illithium quests impossible). it's always possible that it's due to my lack of editing skills, but on the one occasion i *did* install the multiple stronghold component straight out of the box, it screwed up the above quests and several of the actual stronghold quests went south as well.

on the other hand, there were quite a few posts on plaguezone form people who had the multiple stronghold comonent installed without any problems.

so: it's install at own risk, basically. if you *do* install it, i'd be CLUAing myself to as many of the stronghold areas (at the very least, to the temple district) straight away to test if it works - if you *don't* get offered the beholder quest after gaal gives his speech to the crowd, yr install is fubar'd...

It also allows rangers and paladins to get De'Arnise Keep in addition to their own strongholds.

[EDIT] Also monks can get the fighter's stronghold.

Yeah the problem is i wanted to try the druidic sorceror, but it isn't recognized according as a druid according to the readme, so i would like at least one stronghold. That and the fact that the stronghold quests are fun

You can still get the planar sphere stronghold with that kit.
