Game crashes when I hit the Dual Class button.

I tried dual classing. I can click Dual Class, then select the class, the skills, then click Done, and AS SOON as I hit the Dual Class button, I hear the Windows error tone and the game crashes out back to windows. This happens whenever I try to dual class ANYONE in BG1, BG2, or ToB. Even newly created characters. If there's no fix you're aware of for this, isn't this something I can just accomplish with ShadowKeeper (and if so, how?)?
Another weird thing is that if I start a BG2 game, Irenicus comes over and says, and I kid you not, "I want to go to the Underdark! I heard there's some neat stuff there!", and then disappears, and never comes back, putting the game at a standstill. It's funny but how do I fix that?

Weimer's Ease of Use Mod
and
Weimer's Item Upgrade
Both of which the manual says are compatible (you see? I did RTFM).

But if they're causing these problems, I'll uninstall them in a flash. How do you selectively unistall just the Ease of Use mod (or a portion thereof)? Is that possible without re-installing the whole mess?

Only SOME components of EOU are compatible. (That's in the manual btw...The ONLY mods I have installed are:
Weimer's Ease of Use Mod
and
Weimer's Item Upgrade
Both of which the manual says are compatible (you see? I did RTFM).![]()

I did as you recommended and both problems cleared up. Fantastic.
Now, I thought that the Force Dialog Pause=1, which I did put in, is supposed to prevent the NPC's from talking over each other (or am I wrong)? On those little dialog cutscenes (like the one where Sarevok kills Gorion, or were Irenicus talks to his golem during the intro to BG2), NPC's are still talking over each other. Is there something I can do about that?

Those are cutscenes, and both need to be in the game and can't be altered. The force dialog pause is to prevent actions when the player is in a regular dialog. eg) You're talking to Mr.QuestGiver and are locked in dialog mode. Along comes a nasty little orc and starts hacking at you with his sword. You can't respond because you are agreeing to some fedex quest. That force dialog pause prevents this from happening.
