Some bugs in bridge district

Hi,

I had some bugs in bridge district.

The two guards for Lady Diana and Lord Feveran where hostile. I only spoke to Lt Aegisfield and hadn't done any quests in the area before this. My rep was 13.

The Carbos-Shank-Bubbles drama isn't playing normally. Carbos has his starting line, then Shank gets the dialog from Shank from Candlekeep, and finally he attacks you and you get the same journal entry as in Candlekeep.
