I looked through the forum but I couldn't find information what is Clua for reactivating Xzar - Jaheira plot .

So you said you would not look for Monty? That would be a basic SOA quest not a BP one since the BP/TDD Xzar doesn't show up until after he "dies". I don't know if there is a normal solution to that or if your are hosed. Is the guard still outside the building? You also get a chance to go back in during the Jaheira romance.
