This is what I discovered: When you talk to the drow merchant Riki for the last time (she tells you about the half-dragon delegate meeting) in the Severed Hand, don't use the option farewell, in which case she leaves, but ask for her wares instead and exit store window by pressing esc. Now she will remain as long as you don't use the farewell option. See her wares again and buy arrows +5, but change the quantity of quivers (1=20arrows) you are going to buy. When you buy them i.e 5 quivers it just checks that you have the money to buy them and then takes only the price of a single quiver from you (depends on your charisma). The trick is to buy them in such quantities that it can check your money as if it is enough and then it takes the single quiver price. You can do this as long as you have money and then you can sell the arrows for a great price, much more than you originally had. And you can do this again.
Also discovered a way to change levels without 'cheating' (meaning, within the game limits and not using any editors, cheats etc. etc. but using a game trick instead) when already reached the level cap. Just kill the char you want to get to lower levels and resurrect him with a Resurrection spell which automatically devours one level in the resurrection process.
Disadvantage: You have to get the
xp for the new level ups again.
