I do believe the Tactics component you mentioned refers to Westley Weimer's Tactics mod, located here. But I'm not sure which version/which components of the mod are included. I'm also unsure about the version of the other smaller included mods. Those have been updated since BP has come out, so I wonder if the changes are incuded in BP (or in some patch for BP) or not...

I found after installing the TDD part of BP there containe the baldurdash fixpack112

When you install TDD, you can install the Baldurdash fix for it. Same thing for SoS. There is no need for the regular Baldurdash fixpack since many of those fixes are either included (to some extent) or conflict with BP.
Some of the tactic fights are included into BP. It doesn't matter what version of them because Horred had to change them to get most to work in BP anyway (so they can't really be matched to a version 3 or so).
