Actually 4 questions:
1. When I kill the Shadow Dragon, the scroll for making Crom faeyr is not there (as it was in the original BG2). Any idea if it is a bug or is somewhere else?
2. Sime doesn't romance me. It is because i alrwady romance Aerie and can't have two romances?
3. The dungeon under Gate District has a funny-looking gate at the end of it. Is there a key for it?
4. Can't do the Harper/Jaheira quest. As soon as I bring Rybeck(?) to the Harper hold, the chap there disappear and I can't get in. Xzar appears and talk like I've already went for Montaron before *the bird quest) which is not the case. How do I start this quest?

2. Don't know, the romance runs differently from others so I don't know if Vlad checked to see if you were dual-romancing or not.
3. Yes, you need a key. Several special bosses are carrying it.
4. This bug keeps coming back. Search here for Xzar, you will find several solutions. Mainly, have the right patches installed - but I think it still happens.

I have the minimal configuration of BP. The only other bits are FR-RoV and Redemption. The only things I got for the Shadow Dragon are scales, a funny hammer+1 and a staff to be used by rangers (+gold/gems).

If I had to guess, I'd say that FR-RoV "might" be the culprit. It isn't that way in BP.

I didn't see any mace of St. Cuthbert and crossbow. It just occured to me reading a recent topic () that I haven't installed the BP-BGT-NEJ patch 3.13. Actually I didn't install any patch except the S_and-_h_6 since being the last one I assumed it is inclusive of all the ones before. Also this is simply BP, not BGT and not NEJ. Is the patch required?

This is the copy of the Weidu log. Apart from Redemption and patch there is nothing.

Well you haven't installed anything that should cause this problem that I know of. I would have to assume that either the dragon didn't have it or some how, you didn't pick it up. If the dragon didn't have it, I would need to try to track down all the changes to this CRE file to see which one had the item removed.
We had a problem like this with the Beastmaster in the Copper Coronet. For some reason he became a beholder (actually I think I discovered that source of the problem - Exnem).
Anyway, I will see if I can track down anything. If so, we will have to add the fix to the next patch kit.

Now I can't get into the planar Sphere (the door won't open) despite having Valygar in the party. Is there a modification of the normal script or a bug?

Bug.
The sphere should work fine. CtB may cause a problem with it but you didn't install that, right? I have gotten the door to work even with his body in a Bag of Holding.

With the scroll, I guess I will collect the other items and when I have them all I'll cheat and Clua myself Crom Faeyr. Apart from this and the Harper's Hold the mod works fine now (touch wood).
