I'd say yes and no. It was kind of neat to see a familiar face, but I was kind of disappointed when I played him. It took quite a while to find out how to get him and when I finally did, I found he wasn't as fun the first time around.

He had more potential, IMO.

Commentary: No, meatbags. My assassination protocols are fully functional. I am not useless like the floating grill GOTO.

I can't call HK-47 pointless, he's way too funny for that

There was a great deal more to HK-47, a great deal that was not there. suffice it to say, he would have been very significant indeed.

HK was, in both games, one of my favourite characters. :) Largely because of his behaviour and speech.

I go for yes and no because its nice to see a familiar face, especially one as special/different as HK. However, his meatbag jokes tend to stale after a while and with the bulk of his personal quest (droid planet) being cut, he's pretty boring after a while. I never took him out with me though since the newer characters are more fun.

I voted no, because although they didn't get all of his interesting features in the game, he was still as needed as ever.

He still had some essential dialogues, like the one that happens when you upload the "Pacifist Protocol" into his processing unit...

Now THAT was fun indeed. :P  :thumb:

He was, but knowing how more funny he could have been, one gets easily disappointed.

It's a shame that you couldn't leave it in him... what would he say after a fight? :o

"Oh my... are you hurt?"

"Hk... it's dead"

"but I saw it twtiching"

"that is because it is a pile of jelly now... not much survives when it gets crushed... and it tends to make things rather unstable when bones are ground to dust"
