The folks at Bioware are not assisting with this at all, so hopefully someone here can help...
I was unable to complete the Dustil sidequest before leaving for the final challege at the Sith Academy on Korriban. I killed Uthar in the tomb and now the entire Academy--including Dustil--is hostile. I don't have a convenient save from before I left for the final quest (I thought I did, but it seems I overwrote it), so reloading isn't a preferable option.
I'm trying to edit the savegame file's Globals to make the Academy non-hostile, but I'm not having any luck. Does anyone have an ideas?

nope...i have xbox...but the normal way to complete the quest would be to talk to carth enough to get the dustil dialog, then go into the academy...he won't spawn until you've had the dustil dialog.

Well, yeah, I've gotten that far. Dustil wants proof that the Sith are evil, and you're supposed to bring him a datapad from Uthar's room. Since the room was locked, I assumed you'd find a key on Uthar's corpse, but unfortunately there wasn't. So, now when I return to the Academy, Dustil is hostile and must be killed. Even though Carth takes part in the killing, he still talks about needing to find the proof to convince Dustil...

*spoiler alert* Easy entrance to Uthar's Quarters...
No need to hack the lock. Talk to Yuthura Ban when you are first in the Sith Academy -- you can't help but 'run into her' as you leave your quarters. If you play into the cross/doublecross game between her and Uthar, she will give you a pass to his quarters and a little 'chore' to do there on a return talk to her, after you've talked to Uthar. You get some pretty good xp for pitting the two of them against each other, plus I would guess what you do here will diminish their performance/abilities later in the 'showdown' in the tomb. I stumbled on the datapad quite by accident in doing this other part on the first go-around.
