i have just started on my new mod called the frozen north. so far ithas no quests but it is the city of luskan! using the town of targos and various other areas i will make the city as large as athkatla. since it is early days, no detailed info wil be given as i am still deciding what to put in my mod. i need info on how to get this modon the internet and how it can beinstalled for downloaders as i have noknowledge of this matter what so ever. i suppose you can say i got my ides from icewind dale 1 and 2 and the region of terror mod.
being only 15 years old i have quiet a good understanding of mod making

I would say learning how to use WeiDU is a good idea, no matter the size or type of a mod. There are excellent tutorials lying around everywhere, as well as the extremely resourceful readme. There's always people around to answer questions, as well.
