Not sure if this is correct forum; I couldn't find an active forum for TDD. But as I have installed TBP, then perhaps this is OK.

At any rate, I've spent a few hours developing my 'Vindicator' but sadly, when he gets to Level 14, I cannot seem to find a way for him to create his 'Death Reaper' blade.

Pilot error?
Bug?
Conflict? (I have very few other mods installed; basically only G3 Tweaks, Redemption & World Map).
