Zaiya can be found with the slavers in the slums, you then have 10 days to find Kiara, you will get a few clues, and should be able to get it fron there.

Kiara told me to find Prax *near circus*. Ok, that *near circus was in another corner of the location, but anyway. Prax tells me to kill a wyvern near the ranger's cabin. Where the hell is Ranger's Cabin?

Prax tells he cannot tell you where Kiara is or his master will kill him. <CHARNAME> has far more chances to kill him if he does not. Zaiya has limited time to live and Prax tells you to go god-knows-where just to entertain him and <CHARNAME> agreeds. Oh well. I hope Kiara part makes more sense ; )

Jeez, the mod continues to confuse me. Plot spoilers

After I killed the wyvern I did not get its skin as I was supposed to according to Parx. But Prax still accepted it and pointed me to slaver's main base - Delryn(anomen's home actually) estate. The estate is closed and cannot be entered unless a certain Anomen quest's stage is achieved. But it turned out that slaver base is actually in another estate, called Deril! I figured that out after half an hour of aimless wandering around Athkatla. The estate inside is bugged - some animation seems to be missing and a glitchy rectangle look spectacularly.
