Hey lads and lasses just wanted a good idea for a party because I find I keep restarting my BGII games after boredom so I want ideas for a good party that with have some longevity in keeping me interested. Basically I've done lots of Lawful good parties and completed the Aerie and Tashia romance in full, those are the only romances I played till the end -_-''.

So basically let me know of a good protaganist character that fits the story, a party and romances if you know the characters are written well to suit the character as well. I'm open to male and female protaganists and this is a good place to advertise a character that may have recently been written and that I may have missed. Party alignment doesn't matter and preferably not LG protaganist but if it seems best then sure.

All those who reply thanks in advance!

Since you'll probably be playing a male protagonist:

Amber (friendship path, possible romance)
Fade (romance only)
Keto ( :) She is great, but only if you have at least two *Bioware* characters in your party)
Xan/Kivan (friendships)
And Bio charaters you cannot live without.

Just don't stick to all mods, or you'll find everyone constantly fawning over you and ignoring each other.

Certainly good advice Kellen, I may try a NE Sorceror, simply because I haven' tried an evil spellcaster and do the Fade romance then build a party around that.

I'd highly recommend the Fade and Amber mods, though can't say you'll receive 'everything' just yet at least. As far as Fade goes, she particulary likes the kind and caring PC, who has a good sense of humor when dealing with her and Anomen, and would not get along nicely with Viconia.

Probably too late to say this anyways, as far as a character class would go, since she's a pure thief and only has some extra banter regarding the Shadow Thieves if you join them as a Guildmaster, any class aside from them should be fine with a team of relatively neutral or good alignned NPCs, just be sure not to invite Viconia because after awhile, a... <ahem> best I don't mention what happens in case someone is merely looking here for spoilers and won't be arsed to give it a try themselves.
Chapter 3 for now when joining Aran Linvail, that's where you'll find her.

If you're used to playing male characters, you may want to try playing a female character, unless that's too weird for you. I dunno, I've played as both genders, and there are a lot of small, yet highly amusing differences.
