So, I find this woman has two portraits and a model for herself and she is a special NPC, but I've never met her!

If I remember correctly, it's a guard captain or something like that. You'll find her in NWN 1 in the original campaign chapter 1. When looking for the cure, go to the area where the prison break is and look for her house.
After an eternity away from you all, I've returned.

Is this Sedos Sebille? (sp?) If so, she is the head of City Watch HQ down in the far southeast corner of the Penn District, iirc. You should go meet her, if you haven't.. It could mean a few extra gold in your pocket, iirc.

Well, if she comes after Fenthick on the list, it's ok with me. Don't have time to go meet her.

It's early on -- one of the Gate Captains (don't remember which side, in or out) at the Penninsula District tells you about the HQ and tells you to go see her. She's in charge there. I think she is the one who tells you how to get into the sewer (the alternate entry into the prison as opposed to the Tanglewood (sp?) Estate). It's been a while, but that is what I seem to recall. Also, I think money is discussed.
