I had just finished the quest that calls Otho's Nephew,and now i handle the problem of a guy called Shilo Chen.He asked me to deal with the ogre mage in  Peldvale.But I couldn't find him anywhere there.Is that a bug?Thanks...

In the northwest corner of Peldvale there are 3 ogre mages. if you've already killed them talk to shilo chen again and the death variable of one of them should trigger your reward.
