The NPC's dissapeard (Fresh install)

Just reinstalled the game and my mods as I saw most of the mega modifications got updated versions but now all of the ingame NPC's (Party Join-able) has dissapeared. Imoen greets me the first time you meet her inside Candlekeep but when you're out in the wild (Right after the scene where Gorion dies) she doesn't come. I've also checked if Xzar and Montaron is there and if Jaheira and Khalid is in Friendly Arms Inn but nobody is around..

Any tips on where the conflict lies?
