hi,

at first thanks for the great BG mods, still supported after years of game release, respect!

i bought the Baldurs Gate Compilation DVD from amazon and want to try a mega mod installation BGT-BP and some other smaller compatible mods in the install order is given in seanas thead, thanks for that, too. i tried it some time ago with older versions and seems to work good, but i have some questions to the actual installation:

1. can i use the compilation DVD like the normal CD versions to install the mods or is there any difference i have to consider?

2. is it possible to use the new wordmap 6.4 instead the 6.3 version in install order?

3. are there any known problems by using the game + modifications on windows xp pro X64 SP2?

4. do the mods work on german version of BG DVD? (edit) ive read there are some german translations included.

help would be nice:)

i am also interested in the new project of bioware DRAGON AGE, which should be give us baldurs gate 2 like game feeling because of complex party-interacting and realtime-fight with a big variety of tactics, so the creators say.
do you think they can achieve such ambitious goal (again), without D&D universe? i hope so!

thx, i just explored the new download section, checked your instructions latest BP_Mega_Install_Instructions_111906.doc and WeiDU_Install_Log_051307.txt!
now i also know where to look after german translations!

i will try to install it in that order, most of the mods ive downloaded.

have u an idea where to get BLACK ROSE part 1? seems to be interesting, but it's no longer supported in black wyrm website or forum..

i also couldn't find "Vault Item Pack v5.1 (Modified for BGT Compatibility)"..

could i use the latest NEJ2 v6.8 for this mega mod installation or are there still compatibility problems?

The original developer pulled the mod, she doesn't want it promoted anymore.

That's still in beta, I think.

No.

BTW this forum can be of great use to Deutschespracheren (is this spelled correctly??): http://www.kerzenbur...um.de/index.php
