When people refer to reign of terror, are they talking about region of terror, like the drizzt one? Or a whole other thing? If it is something different, can someone give me a link to reign of terror?

The confusion might come from the past, as there was and still is (unsupported I prosume, but it should work with most mods) Freedom's Reign & Reign of Virtue Mod, so there is only one of Terror mods to my knowledge.
